If we accept that sewers will be in place at least in the core commercial area and the Freeland Sub Area Plan (FSAP) has been adopted by the County, how do we address the following issue? The Land Use Planning/Density Workgroup will address the following questions:

  1. How can we increase population density downtown?
  2. Do we want to increase the areas designated for light manufacturing?
  3. Does the FSAP have the right zoning?
