The Vision 2025 Committee's purpose is to stimulate community discussion and involvement in the growth and development of Freeland. While the Committee is currently reviewing the steps involved in becoming a city; it does not necessarily support the incorporation of Freeland. Although community proposals for change can be implemented without Freeland becoming a city, some programs could take place easier and cheaper for the community if Freeland was incorporate. Consequently, it only makes sense for the Vision 2025 Committee to investigate this option.
